Our Team

At EKP Advisory, each team member has a unique role—from financial and payroll accounting, direct and indirect taxes, and corporate advisory to expert witness services. Our specialists are not only certified professionals, but also people committed to continuous learning and keeping up to date with legislative changes to ensure that EKP Advisory always offers the best advice and solutions.

The EKP Advisory team includes more than 20 certified tax advisors and over 70 employees in total. But our people—and above all, our clients—are more than just numbers to us. Every client is important. That’s why we strive to deliver services that are not only precise and professional, but also tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Working with us means the assurance that we truly take care of our clients’ business matters.

Our founding partners, Jan Kotala and Lukáš Eisenwort, are experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in consulting firms and members of the Czech Chamber of Tax Advisors. In 2015, they decided to combine their expertise and establish EKP Advisory to provide top-tier accounting and tax advisory services. Several years later, Jan Tecl, who had long been an integral part of the firm, joined them as a partner. Together, they continue to deepen their knowledge and share it through numerous seminars and conferences.
