Intrastat is a statistical system that monitors the movement of goods between EU member states. Declarations must be filed by entities registered for VAT in the Czech Republic if they exceed the established thresholds for dispatches or arrivals of goods. Failure to submit reports may result in penalties of up to CZK 1 million.
