Jakub is a founding partner and managing director of EKP Valuation. He is registered on the list of expert appraisers maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic in the field of Economics, specializing in the valuation of business enterprises, and is responsible for the firm’s expert appraisal activities.

He prepares valuations of businesses and equity interests for corporate transformations, non-cash contributions, disputes, and tax and accounting purposes. In addition to his expert valuation work, he develops comprehensive financial models that inform investment decisions and financing negotiations, and he assists clients in the preparation and execution of transactions.

He works for owners of family-owned businesses, investment groups, and the management of leading Czech companies. He structures valuations so that they stand up not only as a basis for decision-making but also in negotiations with counterparties, auditors, tax authorities, or courts.
