He is a founding partner of EKP Audit and also its managing director. He is also an auditor registered with the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic with many years of experience at international consulting companies. He currently cooperates with the Committee for Continuing Professional Education at the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic.

František studied at the University of Economics in Prague and the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. His career path also took him to Washington, D.C., where he spent a year. While still a student, František worked for consulting companies, and after graduating from university, he began working in auditing and completed his auditing exams.
