Lukáš is a founding partner and managing director of EKP Advisory. He is actively involved in tax consulting as a member of the International Taxation Section and the Corporate Income Tax Section of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic, as well as a member of the Tax Group of the Czech Chamber of Commerce.

He specializes in income tax, international taxation, and complex tax and accounting aspects of transformations, acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate changes.
