Jan is a founding partner of EKP Advisory and a member of the Tax Administration Section and Value Added Tax Section of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic. He specializes in tax disputes and value added tax issues.

His successful projects include the restructuring of debt for a major sports facility in the Czech Republic and a number of tax disputes with the Czech Financial Administration. Jan is also one of the founders of the prestigious Tax Forum conference, which is regularly attended by experts from the General Financial Directorate and tax offices.

Jan is fluent in German and English.
