Jan Tecl is the managing director of EKP Advisory and a member of the VAT and International Taxation Section of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic. Jan has extensive experience with tax returns, tax audits, disputes, and negotiations with tax authorities. He assists clients with complex projects, including consulting for real estate companies and start-ups.

Jan specializes in value added tax, corporate income tax, international taxation, and business combinations. He is actively involved in real estate and related tax issues.
